This Refund Policy applies to products sold by THEMECOMPLETE LTD
(“ThemeComplete”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent
customer support. If you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact our
support team before requesting a refund so that we can assist you.
Before asking for a refund please use our support forum and will assist with any issue you may have.
1. Purchases Made Through Our Website (Freemius)
If you purchase a product directly from our website and the payment is processed
through Freemius, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days
of the original purchase date.
We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for these purchases.
If your refund request is submitted within the 14-day refund period, it will be
approved regardless of the reason for the request.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the
purchase.
2. Purchases Made Through Envato Marketplace
Products purchased through the Envato Marketplace are subject to the refund
rules, procedures, and requirements established by Envato.
To be eligible for a refund:

The refund request must comply with Envato’s refund policy in effect at

The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of
the purchase date.
All refund requests for Envato purchases must be submitted through Envato’s
refund system. We cannot directly process or issue refunds for purchases made
through Envato.
3. Refund Requests That May Not Qualify Under Envato’s Policy
For purchases made through Envato, refunds may not be granted for reasons
including, but not limited to:
- The product was purchased for evaluation purposes.
- You decided not to use the product.
- You no longer want the product after downloading it.
- The product did not meet your personal expectations.
- You changed your mind.
- The product was purchased by mistake.
- You do not possess the technical knowledge required to use the product.

You are requesting a refund as a gesture of goodwill without another
qualifying reason. - The product is no longer available because it has been removed from sale.

The product is incompatible with third-party software, plugins,
add-ons, modules, scripts, extensions, themes, services, or other
software that are not explicitly listed as supported or compatible in
the product description or documentation.
The final determination of refund eligibility for Envato purchases is subject to
Envato’s policies and procedures.
